How to Get an Hourly kWh Usage Report from Hydro One

If you’re installing an EV charger, sauna, or hot tub, understanding your hourly energy usage helps ensure your system is running efficiently and safely. Hydro One makes it easy for customers with smart meters to access detailed hourly kWh data.

Step 1 — Sign in to Your Hydro One Account

Go to hydroone.com and log in to My Account (or register if you don’t have one yet).

Step 2 — Open “My Energy Usage” or the Interval Data Portal

Once logged in, select “My Energy Usage” or navigate to the Interval Data Portal for detailed hourly readings.You can access the portal here: Hydro One Interval Data Portal

Step 3 — Download Your Hourly kWh Report

Choose your meter, date range, and export your data. You can also schedule automatic email reports for future use.

Step 4 — Submit Your Report

Once downloaded, submit your hourly kWh usage report using the link below or email it directly to📧 reports@liaelectric.com
